Is there a minimum subscription period?

The minimum subscription period is based on the type of your subscription agreement. This could be a minimum of one month or one year.

How long does it take to set up?

We strongly recommend working with an ERP implementation partner to setup Wiise. Your partner will assess your business needs and suggest an appropriate setup time depending on the complexity of your organisation. Typically, the whole implementation journey spans from 6-9 months.

Can I change my software plan later on?

Yes, we offer the flexibility to upgrade licenses at any time and change the number of licensed users at the end of your subscription period, allowing you to adapt to changes in your business and grow with Wiise.

Are there any cancellation charges?

No. We do not charge a cancellation fee, and you can cancel at any time. You just need to give us adequate notice as per your subscription agreement and pay for the minimum term agreed to (either a monthly or annual subscription).

Do I get a sandbox (test environment)?

Yes, we offer customers a sandbox environment to accommodate customisation and testing of upgrades to the latest version of Wiise.

How many full users do I need?
