From smart Autofill suggestions and Bing-powered chat to quicker, more detailed summaries in over 20 languages, Copilot helps teams save time and make better decisions across Business Central.

• Autofill: AI-powered field suggestions with online lookup for contact details

• Chat: Administrators can enable Bing Search for richer conversational results

• Summarise: Now supports 20 more languages, delivers results 50% faster, and provides deeper insights aligned with list filters

Financial Management Improvements

A new Accounts Payable Role Center centralises payables tasks for smoother workflows. Finance teams can now auto-create fixed assets from purchase invoices, benefit from more accurate excise tax calculations, and maintain transparency with the new Audit Trail Report for easier compliance.
