Wiise product update: May 2025

New updates for our May Product Release are now available on Wiise Australia and New Zealand environments!

New features

Warehouse On Time

Wiise Warehouse OnTime assemble

Multi-line item tracking

To help you better manage high-value, regulated, or perishable products, we've now added multi-line item tracking to Wiise Warehouse OnTime.

This allows you to enter multiple tracking details such as batch numbers, serial numbers, and expiry dates - for a single item in a work order, reducing the steps involved in tracking items that make up a work order, and giving users visibility into:

  • Which specific batch was used (for traceability)

  • What expiry date applies (to prevent spoilage or compliance failures)

  • Which individual item was delivered (for warranty/service tracking)

With the ability to track multiple details against a single work order item, you can:

  • Confidently use stock from multiple bins or suppliers

  • Maintain accurate inventory depletion (e.g. FIFO or FEFO)

  • Improve quality control by ensuring full traceability of parts and components

Scan every item

To streamline the picking process, we've now added the ability to configure whether you must scan every single unit of an item or just scan once per line item.

This reduces the steps involved in picking items, where you don't need to track individually serialised items, whilst maintaining the accuracy of your inventory.

Auto token refresh

To provide you with a smoother, more reliable user experience, OnTime now automatically refreshes login tokens in the background. This prevents unexpected timeouts and data loss if you are interrupted mid-way through a warehouse task, ensuring you can continue to complete warehouse tasks after you're interrupted.

Sounds & haptics

To provide you with a better user experience, we've now added sounds and haptics to actions taken in OnTime.

This means you'll receive audio or vibration feedback for key actions like successful scans or errors, providing you with intuitive feedback on your actions and a better overall experience.

New features

NDIS Chart of Accounts

NDIS Chart of Accounts

To help NDIS providers keep better track of their income and expenses, we've developed an NDIS chart of accounts.

These preconfigured settings align to industry standards, allowing you to:

  • Stay NDIS Compliant: Aligns financial data with NDIS funding categories, helping meet audit and reporting obligations with minimal manual setup.

  • Improve Financial Visibility: Categorises revenue and expenses by support type for clearer insight into program performance and funding use.

  • Support Smarter Decisions: Enables accurate, NDIS-ready reporting for boards, funders, and internal planning.
