New updates for our June Product Release are now available on Wiise Australia and New Zealand environments!
New features
Timesheet Dimensions
We’ve enhanced the integration between Wiise ERP and Wiise Payroll to now support native dimension syncing, unlocking more accurate payroll allocation and clearer financial reporting without the manual effort.
With this update, your payroll data, like cost centres, departments, projects, and other dimensions, flows seamlessly between systems. This means better visibility of workforce costs, streamlined reconciliation, and more confident decision-making. This means you can:
- Save time and reduce errors: no more manual mapping or re-keying of payroll data. Let the integration do the heavy lifting.
- Boost reporting accuracy: ensure payroll costs are allocated correctly across your business, so your financial reports truly reflect your operations.
- Maintain control and flexibility: automatically sync dimensions, or manually refresh them when needed, giving you full control.
These key updates provide you with capabilities around:
-
Native Dimension Support: automatically push all dimension values from Wiise to KeyPay using KeyPay’s API, supporting both global and shortcut dimensions.
-
Real-Time Syncing: sync payroll data back to Wiise with all dimension tags included after processing in KeyPay.
ABN Lookup
Smarter ABN Validation – Save Time, Stay Compliant
Managing customer and vendor records just got easier. Our new ABN Lookup feature streamlines how you verify and manage Australian Business Numbers (ABNs) right inside Wiise, so you can stay focused on the work that matters, not chasing down business details.
This enhancement is designed for finance teams and accountants who want to ensure data accuracy, reduce compliance risk, and improve operational efficiency.
-
Ensure compliance at every step: avoid errors and stay in line with ATO requirements by validating ABNs instantly.
-
Work faster, with confidence: auto-populate verified data without toggling between websites or manual entry.
-
Improve data quality: reduce the risk of incorrect supplier or customer information causing issues later down the line.
