Wiise Product Update: June 2026

Written by Wiise | Jun 16, 2026 1:40:10 AM

We’re excited to release the latest updates for our May Product Release, available on the evening of the 18th of June for Wiise Australia and New Zealand environments.

NDIS Budget Overview

To help you see where every participant budget stands without exporting figures from a plan management platform, we've added the Budget Overview dashboard to the NDIS Finance Dashboard pack.

  • Plan count and total budget across all participants, with used, committed, available, and remaining funds
  • Budget broken down by support type, with a PACE vs non-PACE participant view
  • Plan utilisation alongside cumulative and monthly spend trends
  • Expiring budgets flagged early, so funds aren't lost

This is especially valuable for finance and ops teams who need a current, portfolio-wide read on participant budgets without the manual reconciliation.

NDIS PACE Participant Insights

To help you check a single participant's position in seconds, we've added the Participant Insights dashboard to the NDIS Finance Dashboard pack.

  • Total, used, and remaining budget for any selected participant
  • Spending broken down by support type
  • Plan details and monthly spend over time, including start and end dates
  • A utilisation gauge with over- and under-utilisation warnings that flag who needs attention

This is especially valuable for teams managing plans participant by participant, where catching over- or under-utilisation early keeps funding working as it should.

The two work as a pair: scan the whole book in Budget Overview to spot what needs attention, then drill into Participant Insights to act.

What your customers need to do: both dashboards are part of the latest NDIS Finance Dashboard pack. Existing users will need to update to the new version to access them, a good prompt to check in with any NDIS clients still on an older pack.
