New features

Single payroll file to multiple Wiise businesses

Now available for your New Zealand customers!

To help you eliminate repetitive per-entity payroll imports, we've introduced a single-file, multi-entity payroll distribution engine. One payroll file from Employment Hero or KeyPay is automatically split, mapped, and posted to the correct Wiise entity without switching between environments or touching a manual journal.

• Configure entity-to-business mappings once in the new Multi-Entity Payroll Setup page
• Trigger a single import and distribute action from the Head Office environment
• Wiise validates all mappings and permissions before anything hits the GL
• GL entries are routed automatically to each entity's ledger on confirmation
• A Batch Progress page tracks the status of each entity import in real time
• Every posted entry carries the source Payroll File ID for full traceability

This is especially valuable for retail chains, aged care groups, franchise networks, and any multi-entity business running Employment Hero or KeyPay across multiple Wiise environments.

Wiise GTM IQ

We've shipped four updates to GTM IQ this month, giving you more control and better results straight out of the box.

Self-service user management
To help you onboard new starters without lodging a ticket, we've added self-service user management in Settings.

• Admins add users directly, assign a role (member or admin), and the new user is whitelisted automatically, no waiting on us
• Onboarding drops from days to seconds

Sharper prospecting and SPICED reports
To help you spend less time double-checking results and more time selling, we've rebuilt the intelligence layer behind Prospect Discovery and SPICED reports:

• Upgraded models, reworked prompts, and Exa as the discovery source
• Prospects now come with retrievable, clickable sources, and SPICED reports are built from richer account context
• Nothing changes in the workflow, just what comes back

Geography filtering
To help you stop filtering unreachable companies by hand, Prospect Discovery now filters by your customers' actual sales territory, pulled straight from their Business context.

Xero as a live data source
To help you get the same always-current intelligence as Business Central customers, we've built a direct Xero connection. Authorise once and GTM IQ reads Xero data live, no export, no upload, no re-upload.

Excel and Xero file upload

If you don't want to use Business Central, or want to test GTM IQ on your data first, we've added file upload as a data source. Standard Excel files work against a defined schema, and Xero report exports (CSV or Excel) go in natively, no reformatting required. GTM IQ validates the file, flags anything it can't read, and runs customer scoring and ICP off the result.
