#### Service Disruption

Wiise is currently experiencing a Dataverse connection error. We will continue to monitor this situation and have escalated this as a priority with Microsoft, who is addressing this issue with the highest level of urgency. 

The following services are operational, however, has interruptions due to the error.

 

- Wiise Platform Services (Production)
- Wiise Platform Services (Sandboxes)

We will keep you informed of any updates as they are advised.

#### Operational services

Currently, the following services are operational without any reported interruptions.

 

- Microsoft Authentication Services
- Microsoft Business Central API
- Shopify API
- KeyPay API
- Square API
