System update (Outage Resolved): 22 April 2026

Service Outage update

The Wiise service disruption has been resolved last night 21 April 2026 by 7:00 PM (AEST). You should now be able to log in and access multiple companies within your environment.

Microsoft has confirmed that a solution has been implemented, and we are seeing a significant decrease in errors. 

Please ensure all browser sessions are closed before logging in again.


Please check your environment and confirm that everything is working as expected.

Currently, the following services are operational without any reported interruptions.

 

  • Wiise Platform Services (Production)
  • Wiise Platform Services (Sandboxes)
  • Microsoft Authentication Services
  • Microsoft Business Central API
  • Employment Hero API
