New updates for our July Product Release are now available on Wiise Australia and New Zealand environments!

New features

Wiise Warehouse Dashboards

To help you manage your inventory and warehouse operations more seamlessly, we've released new dashboards built in Power BI. These dashboards provide you with visibility into warehouse tasks, planning, and performance, helping you to control your daily operations, improve performance, and proactively plan and allocate resources.

The warehouse dashboard covers three main areas:

1. Warehouse Insights

To help you spot inefficiencies, keep costs aligned with output, and understand delays and overstocking, we've built an insights dashboard covering:

  • Back order, return and shipment delay rates
  • Item availability (low or out of stock)
  • Order progress, placement, and assigned workers

2. Warehouse Planner

To help you plan your week before trucks arrive, we've created a warehouse planner dashboard with live data on:

  • Overdue and priority orders
  • Inbound and outbound tasks
  • Volume of tasks such as picks, put-aways, and assemblies
  • Percentage of orders completed on time

This helps you manage your resourcing, overflows and avoid missing SLAs.

3. Warehouse Manager

To help you quickly identify bottlenecks, prioritise urgent tasks and keep orders moving on time, we've built a dashboard with everything happening on your warehouse floor in one place. You'll be able to see:

  • Incoming or outgoing shipment delays
  • Stock availability
  • Pending review items
  • Damaged and lost inventory
  • All open and recent orders

Getting started

  • If you are a Wiise customer and already have a Power BI licence, you can download the dashboards directly from Microsoft AppSource.

Enhancements

EFT for MEM

We’re excited to announce that Wiise EFT now integrates seamlessly with Binary Stream’s embedded Multi-Entity Management (MEM). This means if you're using Wiise MEM, you can now streamline your electronic funds transfer (EFT) processes across entities, cutting down manual work and reducing the risk of payment errors.

With this update, you can:

  • Process EFT payments across multiple entities in Wiise
  • Generate compliant, bank-ready files (including ABA for AU formats)
  • Handle bulk payments for multiple suppliers quickly and easily
  • Leverage automated validation to prevent duplicate or incorrect payments
