Written by Wiise | Aug 28, 2020 6:22:00 AM

We're excited to bring you a new BPAY batch option and some handy updates to Wiise reports in our latest release. The update also includes minor enhancements and bug fixes. Check out some highlights below.

Save time paying bills and have confidence your payments are correct with BPAY batch

  • Make multiple payments at once to a biller – all through a single transaction file
  • Upload your batch file to major banks (Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, NAB, Bankwest and Macquarie Bank)
  • Mange biller information against vendors
  • Be confident your payments are correct with strong validation functionality.

Dive deeper into your data with updated Wiise reports

Based on your feedback, we’ve developed three new Wiise reports:

  • Income Statement by Period (Landscape): Compare 12 periods and the total amount for those periods based on any length of time (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.)
  • Income Statement by Period with Budget: Compare against a pre-defined budget for each account over four periods of any length (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.)
  • Balance Sheet by Period with Budget (Portrait): Compare the balance at the end of three consecutive periods against pre-defined budgets allocated to those periods. These periods can be any length, e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.

View and interpret reports in a way that suits your business

We know that not every business operates the same. And having flexibility in how you view reports can make a huge difference to how you work. You might prefer to view sales or income as a positive figure instead of negative, for example. You'll now be able to specify which accounts you want to report on showing the opposite sign. You can read more about this feature and how to set it up here.

As always, our product team is working to develop new features and enhancements to make your life easier. We're really keen to hear what you think, so please give us a shout if you have any feedback or ideas.

We look forward to bringing you more exciting enhancements in our next release.
