A message from our Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder | Wiise ERP

I've taken a moment out from auditing my toilet paper supply to provide an important update. We've been getting a lot of enquiries these last few days from existing customers, and businesses in general, weighing their options about moving to the cloud in light of what's happening. They're all asking a similar question: What is Wiise doing to ensure business continuity for our customers? Let me take the time to answer this.

What we're doing to ensure our customers can continue to operate anywhere, at any time

As always, Wiise will be available to our customers. Our SLA remains unchanged throughout this event, and our customers can expect us to meet or exceed this 99.5% up-time commitment.

Because of our strategic partnership with Microsoft, we’re supported by Microsoft's extensive global team of network engineers, security specialists, and solution architects; augmented by our in-house team and the technology resources of KPMG.

We're an ISO 27001 and 27012 certified company, which means we're audited by both internal and external auditors throughout the year. This is a gruelling process at times, but it keeps everyone honest! After all, our parent company KPMG does audits for a living. We practice what we preach.

We're also required to go above and beyond the usual requirements for a business solution. This includes putting in place comprehensive measures around data loss prevention, high-level encryption for all data states and methods of transport, real-time monitoring, and submitting our network to intrusion experts to try to identify security weak spots.

Personally, as the CTO and co-founder of Wiise, security and uptime are personal mantras that rattle around my head at all hours!

In my opinion there really is no safer place to keep your business activities operating.

We will be releasing a host of more information in the coming weeks along with webcasts and updates to our product.

In the meantime, I hope that you and your loved ones stay safe. Look after one another and know that Wiise has your back.

We are all in this together.
